Ozzy Osbourne was assisted as he walked to sign autographs in LA on Monday.

The Black Sabbath rocker, 75, has suffered with many health troubles over the past few years, having been diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2020, and undergoing multiple surgeries after a fall in 2019 exacerbated a previous injury.

Last year, he admitted he couldn’t face any more spinal surgeries after they made his feet feel like they have ‘bricks tied to them’ when he walks.

Fans worried when Ozzy was pictured using a wheelchair and walkers amid his surgeries, and now the Paranoid hitmaker has been pictured again needing help to walk.

The Osbournes star was pictured wearing all black with golden jewellery around his neck as he was supported by a man and a walking aid on an LA pavement as he left an autograph-signing event on Saturday.

Sharon, 72, looked chic as she rushed to join him wearing a cream suit while daughter Kelly, 39, wore an off-shoulder black dress with her blonde hair up as she supported her dad.

This comes after Ozzy admitted he is ‘no longer sober’ earlier this month, having been candid throughout his career about drugs and alcohol addiction.

‘I am happier, but I am not completely sober. I use a bit of marijuana from time to time,’ he said on his Madhouse Chronicles podcast.

Ozzy praised his wife Sharon as she ‘kicks his butt all the time’ and would ‘make life so difficult’ if he were to fall into old habits completely with harder drugs.

‘Even with marijuana she will f*****g find it and get rid of it,’ he continued.

He faltered the doctor gave him a dose of ketamine, as Ozzy found himself hankering after more.

‘He put a tiny bit in me, but that was enough to spark me. That thing came back and weighted my brain,’ he said.

Despite his health issues, Ozzy has been living life to the fullest he can, as he was drafted in by Aston Villa football club to launch their new kit.

While Ozzy will never tour again – and has given up on further spinal surgeries – Sharon said earlier this year that the frontman wants to play at the club’s home stadium Villa Park for two farewell gigs.

‘His voice is still absolutely perfect. And all the time he has been off he still does his singing lessons. Even if you don’t like his music, you can’t not like Ozzy,’ she said.

‘We will do it in Aston Villa where Ozzy is from.’

Ozzy previously explained he leans forwards because in his back the two discs and his shoulder muscles have separated from his skeleton.

In February 2023 Ozzy announced his retirement from touring with a heartfelt statement, as he explained that he never imagined it ‘would have ended this way’.

‘This is probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to share with my loyal fans. As you may all know, four years ago, this month, I had a major accident, where I damaged my spine,’ he began.

‘My one and only purpose during this time has been to get back on stage. My singing voice is fine.

‘However, after three operations, stem cell treatments, endless physical therapy sessions, and most recently groundbreaking Cybernics (HAL) Treatment, my body is still physically weak.’

He added that he was not physically capable to do his European and UK tours, as he couldn’t deal with the travel.

In March, Ozzy gave those who have hinted he’s on his ‘last legs’ a piece of his mind.

‘This f*****g press drives you nuts. I looked in the magazine, “Ozzy’s on his last legs,” I’m f*****g not dying. I’ve been working my guts out to try and get back on my feet,’ he said on SiriusXM.
