MANHUNT: Cop ATTACKED by Fugitive—Nation on HIGH ALERT!

A dangerous fugitive, Xa Lee, remains free after a brazen attempt to ram a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer with his vehicle in Sacramento, California. The incident unfolded on March 25th as ICE officers moved to apprehend Lee, a citizen of Laos with a lengthy and troubling criminal history.

During a routine traffic stop, Lee suddenly accelerated, deliberately aiming his car at an ICE officer. Fortunately, the officer managed to avoid direct impact, escaping injury, but the reckless act underscores a growing and alarming trend of vehicle-based attacks against law enforcement.

ICE officers deployed tasers in an attempt to subdue Lee, but he managed to break free and vanish into the city, remaining at large. This escape isn’t an isolated event; it’s part of a pattern that authorities are deeply concerned about.

Lee’s history is riddled with criminal convictions dating back years. He has been found guilty of vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, conspiracy, petty theft, two counts of driving under the influence, resisting arrest, battery, and the serious charge of felony firearm possession.

A federal immigration judge ordered Lee’s deportation back in 2010, yet he remained in the country, evading authorities for over a decade. His continued freedom is now compounded by this latest, violent confrontation with law enforcement.

The Department of Homeland Security highlighted a concerning context surrounding Lee’s evasion. They pointed to recent guidance offered by several Democratic politicians to undocumented individuals, advising them on how to avoid contact with ICE and report encounters with federal authorities.

Specifically mentioned were California Governor Gavin Newsom, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, and U.S. Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Dan Goldman. These leaders have consistently advocated for a halt to deportation efforts targeting individuals with criminal records.

DHS issued a strong plea, urging elected officials, activists, and the media to de-escalate rhetoric and cease encouraging resistance against ICE law enforcement. The agency believes such messaging contributes to an increasingly hostile environment for those tasked with upholding the law.

Authorities are actively seeking information regarding Lee’s whereabouts and are urging anyone with knowledge of his location to contact the ICE tip line at 866-347-2423. The pursuit continues, driven by the need to bring a dangerous fugitive to justice and ensure the safety of those who serve.
