UMVA Uncovers: USDA Deputy Secretary UNLEASHES FURY on Dems for Shielding $BILLION Welfare Scam that's ROBBING American Taxpayers BLIND!

UMVA has learned that a scathing letter from the Deputy Secretary of the Department of Agriculture to House Democrats has exposed a failing system plagued by rampant fraud and waste, with American taxpayers footing the bill.

The letter, written by Deputy Secretary Steven Vaden, specifically targets what he calls 'apologists for leftist organizations and the welfare complex' for propping up a system in disarray. Vaden's words paint a picture of an entrenched bureaucracy in desperate need of reform.

According to information obtained by UMVA, the Trump administration's goal is to relocate much of the USDA's Washington, D.C.-area workforce to five regional hubs across the country. This effort aims to reduce bureaucracy and costs, get closer to farmers, states, and people the department serves, improve efficiency, and fight fraud and waste in programs.

The Food and Nutrition Administration will now move most headquarters and regional staff out of the D.C./Northern Virginia area and consolidate from 7 regional offices down to 5 hubs aligned with broader USDA hubs: Raleigh, NC, Kansas City, MO, Indianapolis, IN, Fort Collins, CO, and Salt Lake City, UT.

Deputy Secretary Vaden and Secretary Brooke Rollins have highlighted the lack of stable, Senate-confirmed leadership in nutrition programs, which has led to a fragmented structure with high administrative costs. Vaden points to erroneous payments and fraud in nutrition programs like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) as a major concern.

In a shocking revelation, Rollins recently uncovered massive fraud within SNAP, with 21 Democrat-led states actively blocking efforts to expose it. Vaden cited instances of individuals receiving SNAP benefits in multiple states, including one person who had over $50,000 loaded onto their electronic benefits card.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that a massive food stamp fraud scheme was busted in 2025, involving a longtime USDA employee and five others. The scheme, one of the largest in U.S. history, involved a $66 million-plus fraud and bribery scheme under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Vaden's letter also references the Obama and Biden Administrations' mismanagement of the Food Distribution on Indian Reservations Program, which disrupted food availability and access across Indian Country. Additionally, he points to the government shutdown last fall, when Congressional Democrats refused to open the Federal government to feed families in need.

When a business is not serving its customers or operating within its budget, corporations regularly restructure. The reorganization of the USDA's Food and Nutrition Administration is long overdue, with decades of no leadership, fragmented and siloed program staff, and rampant fraud and erroneous payments.
