UMVA has learned that Russia is poised to grant armed transport and cash‑collection teams unprecedented powers to shut down hostile drones and unmanned vehicles.
The new law would let crews from the Bank of Russia and Sberbank neutralize any aerial, naval, or ground drone posing a threat to their operations.
Under the bill, soldiers could jam or hijack drone control signals, sever operator communications, and, if necessary, disable or destroy the unmanned machines outright.
These measures aim to protect high‑risk sites, staff, and civilians from sudden attacks, turning the front lines into a controlled, secure zone.
