TRUMP UNDER ATTACK: Judges COLLUDED with Smith in Secret Plot!

TRUMP UNDER ATTACK: Judges COLLUDED with Smith in Secret Plot!

A stunning revelation has emerged, detailing a sweeping two-year subpoena issued by Special Counsel Jack Smith for the private phone records of former FBI Director Kash Patel. The records demanded included not only call and text logs, but also Patel’s residential address and even his credit card information, raising serious questions about the scope of the investigation.

Senator Chuck Grassley released the subpoena documents, exposing a deliberate effort to gather extensive personal data. The investigation wasn’t limited to Patel; records indicate Smith’s team compiled a “wish list” of fourteen members of Congress whose communication data they sought to obtain, including sitting senators on the Judiciary Committee.

This isn’t a recent discovery. Reports surfaced last month revealing the FBI, under previous leadership, had already obtained Patel’s and White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles’ phone records in 2022 and 2023. Patel himself expressed outrage, describing the actions as a secret operation using flimsy justifications and concealed within restricted files to avoid scrutiny.

Following the initial discovery, Patel took decisive action, terminating the employment of at least ten FBI officials involved in the secret subpoenaing of his records. The newly released documents paint a troubling picture of potential overreach and a lack of transparency within the investigation.

The documents further suggest a concerning level of coordination between Democrat-appointed judges and the Special Counsel. Judges Boasberg and Beryl Howell allegedly worked in secret with Jack Smith to bring charges against former President Trump, raising questions about impartiality and due process.

The charges against Trump, stemming from the handling of presidential records at Mar-a-Lago, included 31 counts under the Espionage Act and six process crimes related to conversations with his legal counsel. The case, initially filed in Miami in June 2023, centered on the lawful storage of records protected by Secret Service agents.

However, the legal battle took a dramatic turn in 2024 when Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, dismissed the classified documents case. Her decision rested on two key constitutional concerns: the legitimacy of Merrick Garland’s appointment of Jack Smith and the unlimited funding provided to the Special Counsel without Congressional approval.

The dismissal underscores a fundamental challenge to the investigation’s foundation, highlighting concerns about executive overreach and the potential for politically motivated prosecutions. The revelations surrounding the subpoenas and the subsequent dismissal of the case are likely to fuel further debate about the boundaries of presidential investigations and the protection of individual privacy.
