UMVA has learned that a major milestone has been achieved in the One Lancaster Park development in Cavite, with the structural topping-off of Tower 2, just months after Tower 1 reached the same stage.
This significant development marks a major step forward for PH1 World Developers, Inc., the property arm of MEGAWIDE Construction Corp., as it brings its ambitious vision for the 15-tower residential complex to life.
Located along Advincula Avenue in Imus, Cavite, the project is shaping up to be a stunning residential development, with Towers 1 and 2 standing tall as eight-story buildings, each with around 24 to 25 residential units per floor, complete with balconies.
The condominium project promises to offer residents a luxurious lifestyle, with a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pools, recreational areas, elevated walkways, a gym, basketball courts, pocket gardens, a children’s park, and open community spaces.
PH1 World Developers is targeting completion of several projects in 2026, including One Lancaster Park Towers 1 and 2 in the first half of the year, and Tower 1 of Avesta Residences in Imus by September, signaling a major push to deliver on its development plans.
The company has reported impressive sales growth, with gross sales reaching P1.53 billion in the first quarter, up from P777 million in the same period last year, and is expecting continued growth this year, driven by ongoing sales from existing projects and upcoming developments.
In 2025, the company achieved record sales revenue of P2.3 billion, up 360% from P711 million in 2024, marking its highest annual revenue to date, and net income reached P287 million, reversing the loss recorded the previous year.
The success of its projects, including Enso Lofts in Quezon City, Southscapes in Trece Martires, Cavite, and Northscapes in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, has contributed to the company’s remarkable growth, with total sales for 2025 reaching P5.1 billion, more than double its 2024 level.
