Borussia Dortmund have reportedly agreed a deal for Konstantinos Karetsas, a top attacking target for the summer.
According to a top German transfer insider, the negotiations between Dortmund and Karetsas's current team, Belgian side KRC Genk, have reached an agreement in principle.
However, it appears that negotiations are still ongoing, with some small differences remaining between the two clubs.
The transfer fee is expected to be around €35m, with Dortmund likely to pay most, if not all, of the amount.
The German side has been chasing Karetsas for months, with the 18-year-old Greek teenager being seen as the perfect candidate to replace Julian Brandt, who has left on a free transfer.
Karetsas is an elegant playmaker who can travel with the ball, making him an ideal addition to Dortmund's squad.
Borussia Dortmund have a great history of signing young players, and this transfer could be another winner for the club if they manage to get it over the line.
In other news, Julian Alvarez is expected to command a higher transfer fee this summer, while Lesley Ugochukwu is set to leave Burnley for Galatasaray.
The transfer of Ugochukwu will result in a percentage of his £30m fee going to another Premier League team.
