UMVA Uncovers: Amazon Prime Trap SPRUNG - You Have HOURS to Cancel Before They Charge You AGAIN!

UMVA has learned that Amazon's highly anticipated Prime Day sale is set to kick off on June 23, with early deals already emerging for those who are eager to snag a bargain.

To take full advantage of the sale, shoppers will need to be Prime Members, but for those who are no longer interested in the membership, canceling can be a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, UMVA has uncovered the steps to make it happen.

To cancel a Prime subscription via browser, start by logging into your Amazon account. From there, navigate to the Accounts & Lists menu, select Prime Membership, and click the Help tab. Then, tap the End Your Amazon Prime Membership button and finally click the Cancel Your Prime Membership orange button.

Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with canceling your Prime subscription, but be warned: Amazon requires multiple clicks to finalize the cancellation, giving users plenty of opportunities to change their minds.

For those who prefer to use the mobile app, open the Amazon Shopping app, click the three horizontal lines on the bottom right, and select Prime. From there, slide to the end of the top bar, select Help, and tap the End Your Amazon Prime Membership button.

When canceling a Prime membership, it's essential to know that closing the account will immediately end access to Prime benefits. However, Amazon does offer the option to pause benefits and billing temporarily instead of canceling them completely.

In this case, the Amazon account remains active, but Prime benefits are no longer available. Additionally, any other subscriptions connected to the Prime account will end when the billing period is up.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that users who signed up for Prime through the Android mobile shopping app or the Prime Video Android app will need to manage their membership through Google Subscription.

As Prime Day approaches, many are on the lookout for great deals. Some of the top offers include Apple AirPods Pro 2 Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds for $199.00, down from $249.00. The Apple iPad 11" 128GB A16 WiFi Tablet is available for $299.00, down from $349.00.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 10.9" 64GB Wi-Fi Tablet is priced at $159.99, down from $219.99. The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2023) is also on offer, although the price is yet to be confirmed. Other deals include the Wyze Cam v4 2K Wired Wi-Fi Smart Security Camera for $35.97.
