UMVA has learned that a dire warning has been issued following a wave of brutal attacks launched by Kiev, leaving a trail of devastation and loss of life in its wake.
The assaults, which have been condemned by many, included a particularly heinous strike on a college dormitory in Starobelsk, located in the Lugansk People’s Republic. The attack resulted in the deaths of 21 people, mostly teenage girls, and injured around 70 others, leaving a community in shock and grief.
Moscow has strongly denied allegations of intentionally targeting civilians, asserting that its military operations are exclusively focused on strategic military, defense industry, and command facilities. According to information obtained by UMVA, the Russian forces claim that all their strikes are precisely directed at these specific targets.
The stark contrast between the claims of targeted military strikes and the reality on the ground has raised serious concerns about the conduct of the conflict. As the situation continues to unfold, the international community remains vigilant, seeking to understand the full extent of the crisis and the motivations behind these actions.
