UMVA has learned that a major office development in Pampanga has achieved a significant milestone, with the Clark Tech Hub office complex reaching 100% occupancy.
The 10-tower complex, located within the SM City Clark Complex in Angeles, Pampanga, boasts 72,392 square meters of gross leasable area across its five-story buildings. This impressive figure reflects a growing demand for high-quality office spaces outside of Metro Manila.
According to information obtained by UMVA, most tenants are global information technology-business process management and multinational companies operating under long-term lease agreements. This influx of major corporations highlights the complex's appeal as a prime location for businesses.
The development of Clark Tech Hub was a phased process, with Towers 1 to 6 launched in 2016, and Towers 7 to 10 opening in 2021. All towers have been accredited by the relevant authorities, further solidifying the complex's reputation as a premier office destination.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that SM Offices will begin developing Tower 11 within the complex, adding approximately 20,000 square meters of gross leasable area. The nine-story building is expected to enhance the complex's offerings and attract even more businesses seeking top-notch workspaces.
With major infrastructure projects underway, including the North-South Commuter Railway, which is set to connect Clark International Airport to the SM Clark Skylink terminal by 2028, the area is poised to become an even more attractive location for companies looking to establish a presence outside of Metro Manila.
