TRUMP SILENCED VICTIMS: Epstein Survivors FIGHT BACK!

TRUMP SILENCED VICTIMS: Epstein Survivors FIGHT BACK!

A wave of resistance is building against a call to action from the First Lady. Melania Trump, in a rare public address, demanded congressional hearings focused specifically on the testimonies of Jeffrey Epstein’s survivors, urging Congress to grant them a platform to speak under oath.

Her statement, a forceful rebuttal to claims linking her to Epstein, resonated with a call for justice – a public airing of grievances and a permanent record of survivor accounts. She argued every woman should have the opportunity to share her story if she chooses.

However, a coalition of fifteen Epstein survivors swiftly countered, issuing a joint statement that framed the First Lady’s proposal as a burden, not a benefit. They assert they have already demonstrated immense courage by coming forward and providing testimony through existing legal channels.

The survivors’ statement argues that demanding further public appearances is a deflection of responsibility, shifting the focus away from those who enabled Epstein and onto those he harmed. They believe they have already done their part, and now it’s time for those in power to act.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer confirmed hearings are indeed planned, stating he agrees with the First Lady’s sentiment. He revealed ongoing communication with attorneys representing the survivors for months, acknowledging some are willing to testify while others understandably decline.

These planned hearings follow depositions already conducted with high-profile figures like Bill and Hillary Clinton, both questioned regarding their connections to Epstein earlier this year. A deposition for Bill Gates is also scheduled for next month.

While an advisor to the First Lady characterized her statement as clearing her record, championing the victims, and demonstrating leadership, the survivors remain steadfast in their position. They emphasize the need for accountability from those in positions of power, rather than further demands on those who have already suffered.

The question of how many survivors will ultimately come forward to testify remains unanswered, leaving the future of these hearings – and the pursuit of justice for Epstein’s victims – uncertain.
