PARKDALE PREDATOR ON THE LOOSE! Grimsby Gun Violence EXPLODES – Sixth Suspect Hunted!

A disturbing incident has shaken the Parkdale neighborhood as Toronto Police investigate a sexual assault that occurred early Thursday morning. The assault took place near the intersection of Queen St. W. and Fuller Ave., leaving the community deeply concerned.

Police responded to a call just before 5 a.m., arriving to find an adult victim who had been approached and assaulted while walking on the sidewalk. The suspect immediately fled the scene, leaving investigators to piece together the details of this unsettling event.

Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any physical injuries, but the emotional impact of such an attack is undoubtedly profound. Detectives are now urgently seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating the individual responsible.

Toronto Police are asking the public's help to identify a suspect in a sex assault investigation.

The suspect is described as a male, approximately 40 years old, standing around 5-foot-10 with a medium build. He has brown hair, striking blue eyes, and noticeable blond facial hair, details that could prove crucial in his identification.

At the time of the assault, the suspect was wearing a distinctive grey or navy parka jacket featuring a bright fluorescent stripe across the top. He also wore grey pants, running shoes, and a dark-colored tuque, providing further clues to his appearance.

Investigators have released images of the suspect, hoping someone will recognize him and come forward with information. Anyone with knowledge of this incident is urged to contact police immediately.

A firearm and ammunition were seized during an investigation in Hamilton on Thursday evening.

Meanwhile, in Niagara Region, a sixth arrest has been made in connection with a shooting that occurred last September near the Grimsby/Stoney Creek border. The shooting left one man with serious, though not life-threatening, injuries.

The initial investigation led to the arrest of five individuals in October – Jawad Rabbani, Shamaree Salmon, Samantha McPhee, Hannah Baillie, and Shakem Keane-Dawes – all facing a combined 78 firearm and drug-related charges.

On Friday, Bellaluddin Shahabuddin, 27, of Thorold, was taken into custody and charged with a range of offenses including aggravated assault and unauthorized possession of a firearm. He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

In a separate incident, Hamilton Police arrested a 19-year-old man after a gun was spotted inside a fast-food restaurant on Centennial Pkwy. N. Diners became alarmed when the firearm became visible, prompting a swift response from law enforcement.

Officers arrived and safely detained two individuals matching the descriptions provided. A search revealed a loaded Glock-style handgun concealed in the waistband of one of the men, containing 20 rounds in the magazine and one in the chamber.

Jesse Murie now faces multiple firearm charges, as well as a charge of failing to comply with a court order prohibiting him from possessing weapons. The second individual was released unconditionally. The recovered firearm is undergoing forensic analysis.

Finally, York Region Police are investigating historical sexual assault allegations against a 73-year-old former boy scout leader. This case underscores the importance of reporting past offenses and seeking justice for victims, no matter how long ago the incidents occurred.
