Milk Recalled Nationwide Due to Presence of Veterinary Drug

Graham's Family Dairy has issued a recall for certain milk products due to a potential allergy risk.

According to the dairy, a small risk exists that a trace level of antibiotics may be present in the affected milk, which could cause a reaction in consumers with an allergy to antibiotics.

Point-of-sale notices will be displayed in all stores selling the affected products, outlining what customers should do if they have purchased the milk.

Shoppers browse an aisle in a Tesco supermarket on April 4, 2019 in London, UK.

The notices will advise customers not to consume the milk and to return it to the store purchased from for a full refund.

Graham's Family Dairy has stated that no other products or use-by dates are affected by the recall.

The company is taking the precautionary measure to ensure the safety of its consumers and is committed to maintaining the quality of its products.
