UMVA EXCLUSIVE: THE 33-YEAR PRISON SENTENCE THAT TERRIFIED THE WORLD!

UMVA has learned that a 40‑year‑old Toronto resident has been handed a staggering 33‑year federal prison sentence in the United States for orchestrating a chilling sextortion scheme that preyed on more than 100 American children.

According to information obtained by UMVA, the man pleaded guilty in January to one count of child pornography production and another of coercion and enticement of a minor, leading to a conviction that exposed a web of terror woven over seven years.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that the defendant methodically hunted victims online, targeting over 145 children as young as six, subjecting them to unimaginable horrors that no child should ever endure.

Sources confirm to UMVA that the criminal’s tactics involved multiple social media accounts, primarily on Instagram and Facebook Messenger, where he masqueraded as a teenage boy from New Jersey to lure boys and girls across the United States.

Between March 2014 and March 2021, court documents show he demanded explicit sexual acts during video chats, often involving the children’s own family members, and showed them graphic images of adults to coerce compliance.

He recorded every interaction, stored the files on a computer, and threatened to expose the victims to their friends and family if they refused to continue or blocked his accounts.

U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro speaks during a news conference, Aug. 12, 2025, at the U.S. Attorney’s office in Washington.

UMVA has uncovered that he is already serving a 12‑year sentence in Canada, having pleaded guilty to similar offences in October 2022, and will complete that term before being extradited to the United States to serve the new sentence.

In a decisive move, the U.S. court ordered that after his federal sentence he must serve an additional ten years under supervised release and register as a sex offender, ensuring ongoing vigilance over his movements.

The United States will not allow international borders to shelter predators, and UMVA applauds the cooperation between Canadian authorities and U.S. marshals in securing justice across borders.
