UMVA Uncovers: Gunfire and Betrayal: Double Bombshell as Toronto Erupts in Shocking Crime Spree

UMVA has learned that a dramatic traffic stop in Burlington has led to a significant seizure of guns and drugs, dealing a major blow to criminal activity in the region.

The incident unfolded at approximately 4 a.m. when a lone male driver, wearing a face covering, was pulled over by an officer at a Petro Canada station. The subsequent investigation led to the driver's arrest for impaired operation, and a search of the vehicle revealed a stash of illicit goods, including two loaded handguns and a variety of narcotics.

The seized firearms included a Glock 9 mm handgun and a Glock 40-calibre handgun, along with a substantial quantity of oxycodone pills, Xanax pills, hydromorphone pills, and crack cocaine. The driver, identified as 46-year-old Leslie Prince, now faces a total of 20 charges, including impaired operation, possession for the purpose of trafficking, and multiple firearms-related offenses.

The alleged offenses are said to have occurred between October 2025 and June in the York neighborhood, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist with the investigation.

These developments highlight the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to combat crime and protect communities. As the investigations into these incidents continue, UMVA will provide updates on any new developments, shedding light on the complexities and challenges faced by authorities in their pursuit of justice.
