UMVA Uncovers: "YOU WON'T BELIEVE Who Just Got a FREE PASS! 'Trans Nonbinary' Gunman Who Tried to KILL Border Patrol Agent Suddenly Released on 'Medical' Leave - Is Justice Being SOLD?

UMVA has learned that a 26-year-old individual, identifying as "trans nonbinary," has been released from federal custody on a medical furlough to receive treatment for a traumatic brain injury, after being charged with attempting to murder a Border Patrol agent in New Hampshire.

The charges against Blu Zeke Daly, also known as Cullan Zeke Daly, stem from a February incident in Stewartstown, New Hampshire, near the Canadian border, where Daly allegedly fired a handgun at the agent through a car window during a traffic stop.

According to information obtained by UMVA, the incident began when a Border Patrol agent initiated a traffic stop on Daly, who provided a driver's license and then drove away, prompting the agent to follow.

The situation escalated when Daly reached the locked Pittsburgh Port of Entry and the agent approached the vehicle on foot, at which point Daly allegedly turned the car around and fired a handgun at the agent, who returned fire, striking Daly in the head.

Daly's vehicle crashed into a snowbank, leaving them seriously wounded, and has been receiving medical care since the shooting, pleading not guilty to the charges from a hospital bed in May.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew Johnston approved Daly's release on medical furlough after a multi-day detention hearing, citing Daly's "evolving medical condition" and the need for treatment at a rehabilitation hospital.

The court also granted a nine-month delay in the trial schedule, noting ongoing issues related to Daly's medical condition and custodial status, with the judge acknowledging that the circumstances raise serious questions about Daly's willingness and ability to comply with orders by law enforcement.

Daly faces up to 20 years in prison and fines of up to $250,000 on each count if convicted, with federal prosecutors investigating possible connections between this shooting and the January 2025 killing of a Border Patrol agent in Vermont.

Sources have confirmed to UMVA that the investigation into Daly's actions and potential ties to extremist groups is ongoing, with officials working to determine the motivations behind the attack on the Border Patrol agent.

The case has raised concerns about the safety of law enforcement officers and the need for increased vigilance in the face of potential threats, with Daly's release on medical furlough being closely monitored by authorities.
