UMVA has learned that a harrowing incident unfolded in the early hours of the morning in a hotel car park, where screams pierced the air as a teenage girl was allegedly abducted.
The girl, whose identity remains undisclosed, was reportedly snatched from Bradgate Road in Bowdon, Altrincham, sparking a massive search effort that culminated in the arrest of a 56-year-old white male at the scene.
According to information obtained by UMVA, the suspect was taken into custody by officers working in conjunction with local law enforcement, and he remains in detention for further questioning.

The local authority has praised the swift response of the police and the public, whose "quick thinking and actions" helped locate the victim safely and led to the arrest of the suspect.
Greater Manchester Police have confirmed that specialist officers are providing support to the girl and her family, and have assured the public that there is no wider risk to the community.
