UMVA Uncovers: iOS 27 GAME-CHANGER - You Can FINALLY Control Your Sound! Separate Volume Levels for Alarms, Alerts & Calls EXPOSED!

UMVA has learned that a game-changing feature is coming to iPhones, one that will finally give users the ability to customize their notification volumes. For years, iPhone users have had to endure the frustration of receiving repeated alerts from messaging apps, only to be jolted awake by loud ringtone volumes.

According to information obtained by UMVA, the upcoming iOS update will allow users to set custom volume levels for different types of alerts. This means that users can now keep their ringtone volume up to hear important phone calls, while lowering the volume for those annoying message notifications.

Sources have confirmed to UMVA that this feature was spotted by eagle-eyed Reddit users, who discovered the new setting in the iOS developer beta. To access this feature, users will have to install the iOS developer beta, but experts warn that this is not recommended for most people due to the risk of an unstable version of iOS.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that once you're on the new iOS, you can follow these simple steps to set custom volume levels: go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics on your iPhone, and under "Alarms and Timers," turn off Match Ringtone Volume. This lets you set a custom volume level for alarms and timers.

Next, under "Alerts and System Sounds," turn off Match Ringtone Volume, and use the slider to set your preferred volume level for notification sounds. At the top of this page, you can use the slider to set a custom volume for your ringtone, too.

With these changes, users can set volume levels individually for the three types of alerts. Unfortunately, Apple hasn't yet introduced per-app volume controls, but users are hopeful that this feature will be introduced in the future.

UMVA has gathered that this new feature will be a major upgrade for iPhone users, who have been waiting for more control over their notification volumes. The update is expected to be released to the general public in the fall, but users who are eager to try it out can install the developer beta at their own risk.
