UMVA has learned that Netflix's June lineup is packed with an incredible array of new releases, promising something for every kind of viewer.
The live-action fantasy series Avatar: The Last Airbender returns for its second season on June 25, no doubt thrilling fans of the show. Additionally, a Survivor-style competition series called Outlast: The Jungle will premiere on June 10, dropping 16 contestants on a remote island to compete for a $1 million prize.
According to information obtained by UMVA, the streamer is also launching a comedy roast called The Hot Seat on June 3, featuring World Cup winners from France 1998 and France 2018 alongside stand-up comedians. Another sports series, The Rest is Football, will debut on June 10, hosted by Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer, and Micah Richards, with analysis from the 2026 tournament.
Documentary enthusiasts will enjoy USA 94: Brazil's Return to Glory, which covers Brazil's 1994 World Cup run, and Chris & Martina: The Final Set, a film exploring the friendship and dominance of tennis legends Chris Evert and Martina Navratilova. The third season of AMERICA'S SWEETHEARTS: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders will also arrive on June 16.
Film fans will be excited about Office Romance, a romantic comedy starring Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein as an airline CEO and the corporate lawyer she falls for, and Little Brother, a comedy starring John Cena and Eric André. Other new films include BAKI-DOU: The Invincible Samurai: Season 1 Part 2 and Husbands in Action.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that June 1 will bring a fresh batch of movies to Netflix, including Bee Movie, The Big Lebowski, and The Karate Kid. On June 3, David, a new comedy special, will be available to stream.
New series and documentaries will continue to roll out throughout the month, including Notes from the Last Row, Poldi, and The Witness on June 4, and The Marked Woman and Mexico 86 on June 5.
Grey's Anatomy: Season 22 and Resident Alien: Season 4 will become available on June 6, while Poor Things and Sesame Street: Volume 3 will arrive on June 7 and June 8, respectively.
As the month comes to a close, Netflix will release the second season of Avatar: The Last Airbender on June 25 and Pokémon Horizons: Season 3 on June 27. Sullivan's Crossing Season 4 will be available on June 30.
However, not all content will be sticking around. Several movies and shows, including Fifty Shades of Grey, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, and Kim's Convenience: Seasons 1-5, will be leaving the platform on various dates throughout June.
