UMVA has learned that a crowd of top Trump administration officials, Republican lawmakers, and prominent Christian leaders assembled on the National Mall for a monumental prayer rally celebrating America’s upcoming 250th anniversary.
The event, titled “Rededicate 250: A National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise & Thanksgiving,” drew thousands who gathered to sing worship music, hear stirring speeches, and offer heartfelt prayers that echoed “One Nation Under God.”
President Donald Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, and House Speaker Mike Johnson all took the stage, each delivering messages that fused faith with patriotism.
In a prerecorded address, Trump read from 2 Chronicles 7, urging the nation to humble itself, pray, and seek God’s face, promising that those who turn from wicked ways would hear divine forgiveness and healing.
Vice President Vance proclaimed the United States a “nation of prayer,” reminding listeners that faith has shaped the country since its very founding and that millions continue to turn to God in both hardship and triumph.

Alveda King, niece of Martin Luther King Jr., praised Trump for urging the nation to “rededicate America to God,” reminding attendees that the country was founded on godly principles and that past leaders have spoken to crowds just like this.
Actor Jonathan Roumie, known for portraying Jesus, encouraged Americans to recommit themselves to faith and prayer, reinforcing the event’s spiritual core.
