MS-13: EXECUTION DEMANDED for Cop Killer!

MS-13: EXECUTION DEMANDED for Cop Killer!

A chilling case is unfolding in Los Angeles, one that has ignited a fierce debate about justice and retribution. The Department of Justice, under the direction of Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, is pursuing the ultimate penalty – the death penalty – for three alleged MS-13 gang members.

Dennis Anaya Urias, 27, Grevil Zelaya Santiago, 26, and Roberto Carlos Aguilar, 31, all from South Los Angeles, stand accused of a brutal crime: the calculated murder of a confidential informant. The charges include conspiracy to retaliate against a witness and murder in aid of racketeering, painting a picture of a deliberate and ruthless act.

The victim was gunned down inside a South Los Angeles grocery store last year, a location that offered no sanctuary from the gang’s violence. Court documents reveal the informant was already marked for death, operating under a chilling “green light” order – a directive within MS-13 authorizing his murder.

The events leading up to the shooting were meticulously planned. Approximately an hour before the fatal shots were fired, the victim unexpectedly encountered Aguilar within the grocery store. This seemingly random meeting triggered a chain of events that culminated in the informant’s death at the hands of Urias and Santiago.

The backgrounds of the accused are also coming into focus. Urias and Aguilar are both Salvadoran nationals; Urias holds a green card, while Aguilar entered the country illegally. Santiago is an illegal immigrant from Honduras. This detail has fueled the already intense scrutiny surrounding the case.

First Assistant US Attorney for the Central District of California, Bill Essayli, delivered a stark warning: “Thugs and terrorists will find no shelter under this administration. If you take someone’s life, then you will forfeit your own.” His words underscore the gravity of the situation and the unwavering stance of the prosecution.

The three defendants have been in federal custody since May 2025 and are scheduled to face trial on July 21st. The courtroom will become the stage for a harrowing narrative of betrayal, violence, and the pursuit of justice.

This case isn’t simply about three individuals accused of a horrific crime; it’s a stark illustration of the dangers faced by those who cooperate with law enforcement and the lengths to which criminal organizations will go to protect their interests. The pursuit of the death penalty signals a clear message: cooperation with justice will be defended, and those who target informants will face the full force of the law.
