The internet erupted this week when LA mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt dropped a superhero-themed ad that absolutely eviscerates California's political elite.
The video opens on a Gotham-style Los Angeles, its skyline engulfed in flames. Inside a fortified mansion, corrupt leaders laugh and drink, guarded by armed socialist thugs.
Mayor Karen Bass sits on a throne dressed as the Joker. Beside her: Gavin Newsom and Kamala Harris. A desperate woman is thrown before them, begging for help with the homelessness crisis.
The room roars with mockery. Newsom takes a bite of cake and sneers, "If you were a transgender migrant, I could get you a free p*ssy." Councilmember Nithya Raman, shown as a puppet, demands addicts be moved closer.
A slurring Harris swigs vodka and boasts, "Bass already solved crime, I endorse her!" — a line she actually said in real life.
Cut to Pratt in a trailer. He witnesses the horror unfolding, dons a Dark Knight-style suit, and punches through a wave of socialist guards to storm the castle.
Inside, the elites continue to torment ordinary Angelenos. Bass declares, "This is a machine; if we want to burn this town to the ground, we will!" A tomato smacks her in the face. "WHO THREW THAT!" she screams.
Marco Rubio appears as a DJ, cheering, "You can do it, Spencer!"
Pratt stands guard as the people of LA start pelting every politician and celebrity with tomatoes. Bass, Newsom, and Harris flee for their lives. The screen fades to black with one final message: "LA is worth saving."
Viewers were blown away. One called it "genius" — a perfect satire of the Democratic machine feasting while the city burns. Another said it said "everything people are tired of seeing: homeless chaos, million-dollar mansions for politicians, and zero accountability."
Whether or not Pratt wins, this ad lit a fire that won't be easily extinguished.
