RFK Jr. UNLEASHES: Canada's Death Policy Threatens AMERICA!

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. delivered a stark condemnation of Canada’s assisted suicide laws before a joint session of the Senate Finance and HELP Committees on Wednesday, igniting a debate about the very foundations of societal morality.

When questioned about assisted suicide policies, Kennedy didn’t hesitate. He described the laws as “abhorrent,” immediately framing the issue not as one of individual liberty, but as a dangerous trajectory for any nation claiming moral standing.

The core of his concern centered on Canada’s experience, a nation where assisted suicide has reached a shocking prevalence. Kennedy stated, with palpable gravity, that assisted suicide is now the leading cause of death in Canada.

This isn’t simply about offering a choice to those facing unbearable suffering, Kennedy argued. He emphasized the vulnerability of those targeted – individuals with disabilities and those grappling with life’s hardships, suggesting a systemic pressure at play.

He painted a disturbing picture of a society where the option of ending one’s life becomes normalized, even encouraged, for those deemed to be burdens or facing difficult circumstances. This, he warned, fundamentally erodes a society’s moral compass.

Canada’s Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) program, established with the intention of providing a compassionate option for those facing terminal illness, has evolved to include individuals experiencing “enduring and intolerable” psychological suffering. The criteria for eligibility, Kennedy implied, are increasingly lenient.

Canadians over the age of 18 can now request assistance in ending their lives if they meet certain conditions, including a “voluntary request” and an “advanced state of irreversible decline in capability.” This expansion of eligibility has fueled a dramatic rise in assisted deaths.

Projections indicate that Canada will surpass 100,000 assisted deaths before the program’s tenth anniversary this summer. As of 2024, the total had already reached 76,475 – a number that tragically exceeds the 42,042 Canadian lives lost during World War II.

Kennedy concluded by offering his full cooperation to lawmakers across the political spectrum, signaling a commitment to addressing this complex and deeply troubling issue. He believes a national conversation is urgently needed to safeguard the vulnerable and reaffirm the value of every human life.
