TRUMP DEMANDS 2020 RE-DO: Fraud Exposed Could ERASE Election History!

TRUMP DEMANDS 2020 RE-DO: Fraud Exposed Could ERASE Election History!

Former President Donald Trump has called for a dramatic action regarding the 2020 election, stating it should be “permanently wiped from the books” if allegations against the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) are proven true. He views the organization as a deeply flawed entity with a history of manipulation.

Trump directly linked the SPLC’s alleged fraudulent activities to the outcome of the 2020 presidential race, labeling the organization “one of the greatest political scams in American history.” His statement came in response to a recent federal indictment revealing serious accusations.

A grand jury in Alabama returned an eleven-count indictment against the SPLC, alleging wire fraud, false statements to a bank, and conspiracy to commit money laundering. The charges paint a picture of a calculated scheme to deceive donors and exploit extremist ideologies.

Between 2014 and 2023, the SPLC is accused of secretly diverting over $3 million in donations to individuals connected with notorious hate groups. These included the Ku Klux Klan, Aryan Nations, and other organizations promoting violent extremism.

The core allegation is that the SPLC didn’t simply monitor these groups, but actively funded individuals within them. Prosecutors claim the organization paid informants to *create* and amplify extremism, fueling a narrative of hate to solicit more donations.

One particularly striking example involves a leader from the 2017 Charlottesville “Unite the Right” rally, allegedly receiving over $270,000 over eight years through shell organizations linked to the SPLC. This individual reportedly assisted in coordinating transportation to the event.

The Charlottesville rally became a pivotal moment in the 2020 election, repeatedly invoked by President Biden as the catalyst for his campaign. He often referenced the event, falsely claiming Trump defended “neo-Nazis” as “very fine people.”

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche condemned the alleged actions, stating the SPLC was “manufacturing racism to justify its existence.” He emphasized that profiting from connections to hate groups would not be tolerated.

The Department of Justice indicated that a conviction would lead to the forfeiture of any financial gains obtained through the alleged illegal activities. This could represent a significant blow to the organization’s operations and reputation.

While the SPLC’s chief officer claims the charges are politically motivated, stemming from their use of confidential informants, the DOJ and FBI Director Kash Patel disagree. They insist the case centers on fraud against donors, not the organization’s right to gather intelligence.

Patel, who previously severed the FBI’s relationship with the SPLC, described it as a “partisan smear machine.” The focus, he and the DOJ maintain, is on holding the organization accountable for alleged financial misconduct.
