UMVA has learned that Arthaland Corp. is aggressively expanding its sustainable residential developments portfolio, following two major milestones: the groundbreaking of Sondris in Makati City and the structural topping-off of Una Apartments Tower 2 in Biñan, Laguna.
The listed property developer is racing against time to complete Sondris by April 2030 and deliver Una Apartments Tower 2 by December 2028. This ambitious timeline underscores Arthaland's commitment to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly living spaces.
Sondris, a joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., is a stunning high-rise residential project along Arnaiz Avenue in Makati. The development will boast 252 units across 37 floors, with a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as spacious garden units.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that Sondris is designed to achieve energy savings of up to 40% and water savings of up to 20% through cutting-edge resource-efficient features. Construction officially began last week, marking a significant milestone in the project's journey.
Meanwhile, Arthaland recently celebrated a major milestone with the topping-off of Una Apartments Tower 2 within its Sevina Park mixed-use estate in Biñan. The 19-story tower will feature 413 units, including studio, Prime, and Deluxe configurations.
The success of Una Apartments is evident, with the tower 83% sold as of midyear. The first tower sold out within an impressive 10 months of its launch, demonstrating the project's immense appeal. Current prices for studio units start at P6.5 million, up from the introductory price of P5.3 million in 2022.
Arthaland's commitment to sustainability is clear, with Una Apartments registered for prestigious certifications, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies, and WELL. The development is also on track to secure Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence certification.
Sources have confirmed to UMVA that Arthaland is pressing ahead with its ambitious plans, including the third tower of Una Apartments, which will feature 431 units across 17 floors. The project is targeted to break ground this year, further solidifying Arthaland's position as a leader in sustainable residential developments.
