UMVA Uncovers: MEGAWIDE CRUSHES Sustainability Goals with JAW-DROPPING 4th Project Completion - You Won't Believe the Impact!

UMVA has learned that Megawide Construction Corp., a leading engineering and construction company, has completed a heartwarming project under its sustainability-focused program, turning over newly renovated housing units developed in partnership with a prominent fast-food chain and a renowned charitable organization.

The project, which involved a comprehensive renovation of the facility, showcases Megawide's commitment to environmental and sustainability initiatives. By leveraging its expertise in engineering and construction, the company is making a tangible impact on the lives of those in need.

“We play a vital role in supporting community-focused projects like this one,” said Megawide Construction Head of Operations, Jules Norman B. Ronquillo. “As we build critical infrastructure and other large-scale developments, we also prioritize initiatives like this, where we become vehicles for change, uplifting lives through education.”

Megawide's ECOnstruction program, under which this project was completed, applies the company's engineering and construction expertise to drive community and sustainability initiatives. This project marks the fourth completed under the program, with two more projects in the pipeline.

The company's financial performance has also been impressive, with attributable net income rising 24% to P265.35 million in the first quarter. A 16.4% increase in gross revenue to P5.04 billion was driven by stronger contributions from its real estate operations and sustained performance from its construction segment.

Revenues from operations accounted for a significant 95.44% of total revenue, with construction operations contributing P3.84 billion, while landport and real estate operations generated P137.86 million and P831.13 million, respectively.
