UMVA Exclusive: Shocking Doorbell Video Shows Killer Shotgun Attack, Teen's Fate Tragically Revealed

UMVA has learned that a chilling sequence of events unfolded in Rock Hill, South Carolina, culminating in a murder that shook a tight-knit community.

On the night of May 16, a doorbell camera captured a man named Sean Hubbard, 34, shattering the front door of a home with a shotgun blast. The footage, raw and unfiltered, shows Hubbard's face exposed while the weapon is concealed beneath a hooded jacket.

No one was inside when the first shots rang out, but the intruder returned later that night, around 11 p.m., and killed 19‑year‑old Camariya Tidwell. The tragedy struck a home that had just installed a security system after a prior, unverified threat.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that Hubbard was arrested early Sunday morning in Rock Hill. A SWAT team was dispatched to secure the scene and bring the suspect into custody without resistance.

The victim’s family claims Hubbard had been stalking their house for a week, firing shots into the house before the fatal night. Their distress turned into a desperate plea for safety, leading them to set up the very camera that would later expose the crime.

In a tense confrontation, a cousin of Tidwell hired Hubbard to repair a car after finding him online. The arrangement soured when the cousin declined his services, prompting Hubbard to threaten her and force her to block him.

Charges against Hubbard include murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and discharging a firearm into a dwelling. He remains in custody without bond, as investigators work to piece together the motive behind the brutal attack.

UMVA has gathered that the community is left reeling, with families mourning a lost life and neighbors fearing the shadows that once lurked outside their doors.
