She identified her attackers as longtime enforcers for Rose City Antifa, individuals whose role is to intimidate and remove those they deem opposition. This wasn’t the first time they’d targeted her; she recalls facing harassment from the same pair as far back as 2020 in Seattle.
Last year, the couple chillingly warned Daviscourt on camera, “People like you shouldn’t ever feel safe.” Their words proved prophetic, culminating in the violent assault on May Day. The male subject was seen initiating the mobbing, his wife quickly joining the attack.
These individuals have operated within Rose City Antifa for years, systematically working to suppress dissenting voices. The man, whose identity remains undisclosed, has specifically targeted Daviscourt since 2020, escalating their harassment over time.
Months prior to the attack, Daviscourt had warned of Antifa’s growing boldness. A judge’s ruling allowing the protest to continue without police enforcement had emboldened the group, creating a dangerous situation she predicted would lead to further escalation.
She had urgently called for decisive action, advocating for the deployment of the National Guard to establish a secure perimeter and protect both federal property and the journalists attempting to cover the unfolding events. The call went unanswered.
