UMVA has learned that a heated debate has erupted over the impact of Thomas Tuchel's half-time team talk on England's thrilling comeback against Croatia.
Roy Keane, the legendary Manchester United captain, has questioned whether Tuchel's speech deserves so much credit, suggesting it's simply part of a manager's job to motivate players. "Is it a bit of an overreaction to his half-time team talk?" Keane said.
Keane, who was speaking on ITV, recalled Tuchel's words to his players at halftime: "'Look, if we lose, we lose in our way.'" England captain Harry Kane had praised Tuchel's speech, saying it inspired the team to "go full gas" in the second half.
