The path to reclaiming a majority isn’t through waiting for a rescue. It’s through decisive action, a bold maneuver that bypasses a stalled and potentially compromised Senate. The hope for the SAVE America Act is fading – the reality is a Republican Senate unwilling or unable to deliver.
There’s a powerful, yet previously shelved, solution: a National Security Emergency declaration regarding US elections. Back in 2025, a detailed 17-page Executive Order was prepared, addressing critical vulnerabilities – voter ID, citizenship verification, and a return to secure absentee voting practices reserved for those legitimately unable to vote in person.
This declaration wasn’t enacted. Assurances of the SAVE Act’s passage led to its postponement. But those assurances proved false. Now is the time to unleash this powerful tool. The Supreme Court precedent is clear: a two-thirds majority in both houses of Congress is required to overturn a Presidential National Security Emergency, and they have only six months to achieve it.
Democrats simply cannot muster that level of support. A declaration today would effectively neutralize attempts to challenge it in the courts, safeguarding the integrity of the upcoming elections. It’s a strategic masterstroke, a way to circumvent obstruction and protect the democratic process.
But that’s only half the battle. Alongside this declaration, a second, equally impactful move is essential: a full reckoning with the past. It’s time to invalidate the auto-pen pardons issued by the previous administration, including the pardon granted to Dr. Anthony Fauci.
And immediately following that, Dr. Fauci must be indicted. His actions during the Covid-19 pandemic ignited a firestorm of public outrage. The accusations are numerous and deeply disturbing.
He allegedly funded the creation of the Covid virus itself, utilizing taxpayer money through a biowarfare lab. Beyond that, accusations include a deliberate cover-up of evidence, including the erasure of incriminating emails. Critics point to lockdowns implemented despite knowing their ineffectiveness, designed to cripple the economy and hinder a potential re-election.
The narrative extends to the suppression of effective treatments like Ivermectin, demonized despite evidence of its efficacy, and the aggressive promotion of a vaccine with questionable safety and effectiveness. Allegations of a cover-up regarding vaccine-related deaths and censorship of dissenting voices further fuel the anger.
Recent Senate hearings have revealed knowledge of dangerous “safety signals” – heart attacks, strokes, blood clots – associated with the vaccine, yet these warnings were suppressed in favor of continued promotion. These are accusations of profound consequence, potentially rising to the level of crimes against humanity.
The statute of limitations on some of these alleged crimes is rapidly approaching. An indictment would galvanize the 77 million Americans who already harbor deep distrust and animosity towards Dr. Fauci. It would ignite a surge of enthusiasm and participation in the midterms, potentially securing a landslide victory.
Combined with the National Security Emergency declaration, this two-pronged strategy offers a powerful path forward. It’s a decisive move, a bold response to a critical moment, and a chance to reclaim control of the narrative and the future.
