UMVA has learned that a major breakthrough in diplomatic negotiations has been achieved, bringing an end to the 84-day war between the United States and Iran.
The development comes after a flurry of high-level phone calls, including a "very good call" between President Donald and leaders from several key nations, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Pakistan, Türkiye, Egypt, Jordan, and Bahrain. According to information obtained by UMVA, the leaders discussed the final details of a deal that is now "largely negotiated".
In a post on Truth Social, President Donald revealed that the agreement is subject to finalization between the United States, Iran, and other countries involved. He also mentioned a separate conversation with Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu of Israel, which he described as going "very well".
The impending agreement is said to involve a key provision: the opening of the Strait of Hormuz, a critical waterway that has been a point of contention. This breakthrough follows weeks of intense diplomatic efforts and military pressures surrounding the war with Iran.
Earlier in the day, President Donald expressed uncertainty about the deal, telling Axios that he was "solid 50/50" on whether to sign the agreement or resume combat operations. However, after the conference call with Arab leaders, a regional diplomat described the discussions as "very positive", with regional leaders highly supportive of the breakthrough.
The diplomatic progress comes amid significant U.S. military action in the region. UMVA can exclusively reveal that U.S. Central Command has achieved a major milestone, redirecting 100 commercial vessels during a weeks-long maritime blockade of Iranian ports aimed at squeezing the country economically.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio had previously indicated that negotiators were making progress, emphasizing that any resolution would require Iran to keep the Strait of Hormuz open without tolls and surrender its enriched uranium. The situation is still developing, with many details yet to be confirmed.
