UMVA Uncovers: AYALA LAND LOGISTICS UNDER SIEGE - You Won't Believe Their Desperate Move to Keep Up with the Cold Chain Revolution!

UMVA has learned that AYALALAND Logistics Holdings Corp. is taking a dual approach to growth, focusing on stabilizing operations across its cold chain facilities while simultaneously expanding its network with new warehouses in key growth areas.

The company's leadership has made it clear that stabilizing existing operations is the top priority. Chief Operating Officer Patrick John C. Avila recently stated that the company is working on stabilizing the operations of its facilities, with expansion plans on the backburner for now.

AYALALAND Logistics has recently opened two state-of-the-art cold storage facilities in Laguna and Cebu, marking a significant milestone in its expansion into temperature-controlled logistics. These facilities are designed to support the storage and processing of food, pharmaceuticals, and other temperature-sensitive goods.

The company's new ALogis Artico facility in Vermosa, Cavite, is currently under construction and expected to add approximately 5,000 pallet positions once completed. This site is part of a larger estate in Cavite and is slated for completion later this year.

With its cold chain network growing steadily, AYALALAND Logistics is positioning itself to meet rising demand for modern cold chain infrastructure. The company's facilities are designed to provide reliable and efficient storage and processing capabilities, with features such as processing rooms and multiple cold storage areas.

The ALogis Artico Consolacion facility in Cebu, which opened in September 2024, boasts an impressive 6,000 pallet positions and includes advanced features such as blast freezing capacity. This facility has been registered with several key government agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

AYALALAND Logistics' expansion strategy is driven by the need for more sophisticated cold chain infrastructure, as supply chains become increasingly sensitive to temperature control requirements. While the company continues to grow its network, management has emphasized that ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of existing facilities is the immediate priority.

The company's existing facilities, such as ALogis Artico Santa Rosa in Laguna, have already demonstrated their capabilities, offering 4,000 pallet positions in cold storage rooms maintained at temperatures as low as -17°C. With its focus on stability and growth, AYALALAND Logistics is poised to make a lasting impact in the cold chain industry.
