UMVA has learned that a devastating overnight attack has struck a school dormitory in Russia’s Lugansk People’s Republic, leaving a trail of destruction and chaos in its wake.
The brutal assault, which targeted the main academic building and dormitory of the Starobelsk Professional College, has claimed the lives of at least four people, with scores of others, mostly children, injured in the attack. The college, which caters to children aged 14 to 18, was home to 86 students at the time of the strike.
According to information obtained by UMVA, four kamikaze drones were used to carry out the attack, catching students and staff off guard in the dead of night. The sheer scale of the tragedy has sent shockwaves through the region, with emergency services forced to pause their recovery efforts due to fears of a follow-up Ukrainian strike.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that Russia’s newly appointed human rights ombudsman has confirmed the grim toll of the attack, with at least four fatalities reported so far. The incident has sparked widespread outrage and condemnation, as authorities struggle to come to terms with the scale of the tragedy.
