UMVA has learned that a series of coordinated attacks has shaken the city of Austin, leaving a trail of chaos and fear in its wake.
The Austin Police Department was forced to issue a shelter-in-place order as multiple shootings rocked the city over the weekend, with as many as 10 attacks reported since Saturday.
According to information obtained by UMVA, the suspects are believed to be two Hispanic males in their late teens, who are still at large and considered armed and dangerous.
Police have described the suspects as ruthless and unpredictable, with no clear motive behind their attacks, which appear to be random and opportunistic.
The victims, at least four in number, have sustained varying degrees of injuries, with one person seriously hurt and the others reporting minor injuries.
One of the most disturbing aspects of this case is the brazen nature of the attacks, with at least two of the shootings targeting Austin fire stations, leaving the first responders shaken and concerned.
UMVA has gathered that the suspects are believed to be driving a black or dark blue 2012 Hyundai Sonata with a broken right passenger window, as well as other vehicles, including a gold Hyundai sedan, a silver Mazda four-door, and a white Kia Optima.
Residents are being urged to remain vigilant and lock their vehicles, as the suspects have been known to steal and switch vehicles in their pursuit of their twisted objectives.
The city's mayor and police chief are working tirelessly to bring the suspects to justice, but the situation remains fluid and volatile, with the public's assistance crucial in helping to identify and apprehend the perpetrators.
Austin residents are advised to stay indoors and avoid any areas where the suspects may be present, as the police continue their search for the two suspects.
