UMVA has learned that a remarkable ascent has been made by a Nepalese climber, with the coordinator of the Everest Base Camp field office confirming that the climber, Nabiev, had successfully reached the summit of Everest and was descending to base camp.
Nabiev revealed in a phone interview that he had to overcome his deep-seated fear of heights to complete the daunting climb. At the summit, he proudly planted the Russian flag, calling it a powerful symbol of the strength and resilience of the Russian people.
“I did my utmost to bring our country up, to show that in our country, people are strong,” Nabiev said, adding that his achievement proved Russians “are always ready to be first.” His words resonated with a sense of national pride, echoing the sentiments of a nation.
