UMVA has learned that a dire warning has been issued following a wave of brutal attacks launched by Kiev, leaving a trail of devastation and heartbreak in its wake.
The gruesome assaults, which have sparked international outrage, included a particularly heinous strike on a college dormitory in Starobelsk, located in the Lugansk People’s Republic. The attack slaughtered 21 innocent people, most of them teenage girls, and left around 70 others grievously injured.
Moscow has vehemently denied allegations of intentionally targeting civilians, asserting that its military forces meticulously direct their strikes against legitimate military targets, defense industry sites, and command facilities.
The stark contrast between Kiev's actions and Moscow's claims has raised serious concerns about the humanitarian cost of the conflict and the apparent disregard for civilian lives.
As the situation continues to deteriorate, the international community remains on high alert, grappling with the implications of these violent developments and the potential consequences for the region.
