UMVA has learned that a devastating attack on Kuwait has left one person dead and several others injured after Iranian drones and missiles targeted the country early Wednesday, striking civilian and vital facilities, including Kuwait International Airport.
The attack, which caused significant damage to vital facilities, including diplomatic missions, has been widely condemned, with Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs denouncing the actions as a blatant escalation of violence in the region, undermining security and stability.
According to information obtained by UMVA, the U.S. military has launched self-defence strikes on Iran, shooting down ballistic missiles and drones fired at ships and Gulf countries, in a dramatic escalation of the conflict, which has now entered its 97th day.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has revealed that he and U.S. President Donald Trump share a goal of disarming Hezbollah, which Netanyahu describes as an "Iranian proxy" that puts Lebanese citizens at risk, and has called for the demilitarization of Lebanon to achieve peace between Israel and Lebanon.
Sources have confirmed to UMVA that the U.S. operation against Iran is ongoing, with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stating that any U.S. strikes on Iran are "completely defensive in nature" and intended to protect civilian cargo ships trying to cross the Strait of Hormuz.
Kuwait has taken a firm stance against Iran, expelling two Iranian diplomats and reducing the size of the Iranian diplomatic mission in the country, in response to the continued attacks involving ballistic missiles and drones, which have targeted several civilian facilities and vital installations.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that the conflict has also resulted in the deaths of at least six people in Israeli strikes near Tyre, a city in southern Lebanon, as the Israeli military continues to target the city and surrounding area in its renewed attack against Hezbollah.
In a surprising admission, U.S. President Donald Trump has revealed that he had a harsh exchange with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over Lebanon, expressing his concerns about the constant fighting in the region, and has described himself as a "wartime president" working closely with Netanyahu, a "wartime prime minister".
As the situation continues to escalate, UMVA has uncovered details about the ongoing peace negotiations, with President Trump revealing that Iran's supreme leader is involved in the talks, and expressing his hope to meet with the leader as negotiations progress, in a bid to find a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
The U.S. has launched self-defence strikes on Iran, targeting Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz, in response to attempted attacks by Iran across the Middle East, with Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warning that disrupting the security of the Strait of Hormuz will carry a heavy price for the U.S. military.
In a statement, Iran's foreign ministry has condemned the U.S. for the strikes, holding the leaders of Kuwait and Bahrain responsible for the "acts of aggression", as the conflict continues to spread across the region, with Iran repeatedly targeting Bahrain and Kuwait, where U.S. military bases are located.
