TORONTO: ROCK LEGENDS COLLIDE – TICKETS VANISHING FAST!

The desert dust of Coachella has barely settled, but the echoes of its performances are already shaping a summer of music for Canadian fans. Three distinct acts – The Strokes, Jack White, and SOMBR – are poised to bring their energy to stages in Toronto and Vancouver.

The Strokes, fresh off their Saturday set in California, will grace the RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto on June 21st. They’ll be joined by the unique sounds of Thundercat and the captivating vocals of Hamilton Leithauser.

This tour coincides with the impending release of The Strokes’ new album, *Reality Awaits*, arriving June 26th. The first taste, “Going Shopping,” recently dropped, offering a glimpse into a record forged in the exotic landscapes of Costa Rica with legendary producer Rick Rubin, and completed across the globe.

U.S. singer/songwriter Julian Casablancas, left, from The Strokes performs on the Coachella stage during the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California on April 11, 2026.

For Jack White, the Coachella stage served as a launchpad for a summer tour that includes a July 14th stop at the RBC Amphitheatre. He’ll be accompanied by Angine de Poitrine, promising an evening of sonic exploration.

White’s recent performances have been electrifying, showcasing new material like “Derecho Demonico” and “G.O.D. and the Broken Ribs.” These tracks signal his first new music since the critically acclaimed *No Name*, which earned him a Grammy for Best Rock Album.

SOMBR, the rising indie-rock sensation, will bring his “You Are The Reason” fall arena tour to Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on November 16th. The show will feature support from Hannah Jadagu and Dove Cameron, creating a dynamic and diverse lineup.

SOMBR’s momentum is undeniable, fueled by the success of singles like “Homewrecker,” which has climbed the Billboard charts. His breakthrough album, *I Barely Know Her*, and hits like “Back to Friends” and “Undressed” have cemented his place as a force in contemporary music.

Vancouver will also share in the excitement, hosting The Strokes on August 27th at Rogers Arena, Jack White on an unspecified date, and SOMBR on September 29th with The Hellp and Interpol as openers. These performances promise a vibrant season for music lovers across Canada.

SOMBR is set to release a new single, “Potential,” this Thursday, further building anticipation for his fall tour. His journey from emerging artist to chart-topping performer is a testament to his captivating sound and undeniable talent.
