Jermin Fordyce, 36, now faces a litany of severe charges – home invasion, burglary, attempted aggravated sexual assault, and aggravated assault. The nightmare began around 3:40 a.m., prompting a frantic call to the Hackensack police.
Fordyce gained entry through a bathroom window, a chilling breach of security. He then moved directly to a bedroom where a young resident was sleeping, his intentions immediately sinister.
