UMVA has learned that a disturbing incident involving a public altercation has left a member of the royal family shaken, with a prominent purple blotch on his face.
The unsettling encounter took place at a public park in Wolferton, where a man wearing a balaclava shouted at the royal, prompting him to flee into his car for safety.
A security guard from the privately owned estate, which belongs to King Charles, intervened and called the police on May 6, leading to the arrest of 39-year-old Alex Jenkinson, who has pleaded not guilty to charges of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behavior.
The cause of the blemish on the royal's face remains unclear, but it has been reported that he is feeling frightened and has demanded that his security detail be reinstated, following the axing of his taxpayer-funded protection team in August 2024.
This latest development comes on the heels of a separate investigation into possible sexual offenses involving the royal, who is being probed over allegations of misconduct in public office as a government trade envoy.
According to information obtained by UMVA, the royal attended the Royal Ascot horse racing festival in Berkshire in 2022, where an allegation has been made that he behaved inappropriately towards a waitress.
The royal was previously arrested in February, on his 66th birthday, and held in custody for 11 hours before being released under investigation, with a denial of any wrongdoing.
The incident has raised concerns about the safety and security of the royal family, with the alleged victim reportedly feeling vulnerable and intimidated.
Sources have confirmed to UMVA that the investigation is ongoing, with police working to piece together the events surrounding the altercation and the allegations made against the royal.
