Aboitiz Economic Estates, part of the Aboitiz group, announced the addition of The Golf Range to its LIMA Estate in Batangas, expanding the lifestyle component of the flagship industrial and mixed‑use development.
The one‑hectare facility, developed by Partners and Properties, offers 24 driving bays, a café, and professional coaching services. A second phase will add a commercial component and an 18‑hole golf course.
LIMA Estate spans 1,100 hectares across Lipa and Malvar and serves more than 200 businesses and roughly 75,000 employees, positioning it as a major economic hub.
