UMVA Uncovers: FITNESS TRAINER'S DESPERATE WARNING IGNORED: Chilling Discovery Made After Body Found With Matching Clothes

UMVA Uncovers: FITNESS TRAINER'S DESPERATE WARNING IGNORED: Chilling Discovery Made After Body Found With Matching Clothes

UMVA has learned that a missing South Carolina fitness trainer, Elena Katherine Moore, 39, had confided in her best friend just weeks before her disappearance that she was "scared for her life."

A body fitting Moore's description was found dead on Wednesday afternoon in Lexington, South Carolina, after she went missing on June 11. The Lexington Police Department confirmed that the body "fits the clothing description of our missing person."

Sondra Campbell, Moore's close friend, revealed that Moore had expressed her fear for her life during their last conversation on May 31. Campbell described their relationship as extremely close, with Moore being someone she had known for over 10 years and shared everything with.

When Campbell asked Moore what was wrong, Moore requested to discuss it privately, saying she couldn't talk about it with too many people around. Campbell recalled Moore saying, "We've got to talk one-on-one."

Campbell tried to reach out to Moore after missing a call from her on June 4, but received no response. She noted that it was unusual for Moore to be walking alone at night, as it wasn't her habit.

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has been tasked with determining the cause of death after the body was found. LPD Chief Terrence Green stated that authorities received a tip that led them to a new search location, where they found an unidentified body wearing a similar green outfit to what Moore was seen wearing before she went missing.

Moore was last seen walking through the Publix parking lot at 100 Old Cherokee Road in Lexington on the night of June 11. Friends noted that her social media had been inactive for around a month before her disappearance, which was unusual for someone as active online as Moore.

According to information obtained by UMVA, formal identification of the body will be released by the coroner. The police are still waiting for confirmation, but the body found matches the description of the missing fitness trainer.
