A Florida woman is facing the death penalty after she was charged for making child pornography featuring her 11-year-old daughter, a dog and herself.
According to cops, the “grotesque” footage allegedly includes the little girl posing naked in a provocative manner, performing sex acts with a dog, her mother using sex toys on her daughter and both of them performing oral sex on each other.
“These cases are the worst cases of child abuse,” Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri told reporters.
“The predators who enjoy watching kids engage in sex acts with dogs and then go online and meet kids to have sex with them are nothing but predators.”
SUSPECT NOT IDENTIFIED
Police have not named the accused 36-year-old to protect the identity of the victim.
On Oct. 1, a law was passed in Florida, making the Sunshine State the first to allow the death penalty for child sex trafficking and sex abuse cases where the victim is under 12.
Gualtieri said at a news conference Tuesday that investigators zeroed in on the St. Petersburg, Fla., woman Friday when they were tipped off that a 38-year-old man was receiving child pornography and meeting children to perform sexual acts.
Detectives learned the suspect was receiving horrifying videos from a Florida woman who was using her own young daughter to engage in sexual acts with herself and the family dog. The footage was described as “graphic” and “grotesque.”
On Monday, Pinellas County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at the woman’s home. She was arrested after confessing to cops that she had involved her daughter in the disturbing sex acts.

FATHER UNAWARE OF ALLEGED ABUSE
The unnamed woman now faces 41 charges, including four counts of capital sexual battery, with each count carrying the maximum penalty of death. Gualtieri described child pornography as “out of control,” adding 84 people have been booked in Pinellas County on more than 900 related charges since January.
The woman is facing charges of molestation, transmission of child pornography, sexual performance by a child, sexual activity involving a child and animals, aggravated child abuse and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
“This is nuts, I don’t know how else to describe it,” Gualtieri said. “It’s ruining kids’ lives.”
The woman remains in custody at the Pinellas County Jail and officials say there is a no-contact order between her and the child. The child victim is reportedly safe with other family members.
The 38-year-old man is also facing felony charges. He was not been identified due to the active investigation. The Florida Department of Children and Families is also involved in the case.
Police said the father and other family members were unaware of the horrific abuse unfolding. Late Tuesday, the accused showed her face in court.
The victim’s father was also present andappeared to be praying at times during the hearing, FOX 13 reported.
