ANTI-ICE PROTESTORS FACE FEDERAL LOCKUP After Violent Farm Ambush!

ANTI-ICE PROTESTORS FACE FEDERAL LOCKUP After Violent Farm Ambush!

A summer raid on California marijuana farms ignited into a violent confrontation, culminating in federal charges against ten individuals. The incident unfolded as federal agents executed search warrants at farms in Ventura County, owned by Glass House Farms in Camarillo and Carpinteria.

Intelligence suggested protestors, alerted to the impending raid, mobilized to disrupt the operation. What began as a demonstration quickly escalated into a direct assault on law enforcement, marked by aggressive tactics and escalating hostility.

Footage emerged showing protestors actively obstructing agents, ramming flags into vehicle tires, and damaging property. The situation spiraled further when an individual discharged a firearm in the direction of federal agents, narrowly avoiding casualties.

U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli discusses the Department of Justice's actions regarding arrests of anti-ICE activists during a news segment in California.

The Justice Department responded swiftly, announcing federal charges against ten protestors accused of violence and civil disorder. These charges stem from incidents during immigration enforcement actions in Southern California earlier this year.

Currently, ten defendants are in federal custody, with one held in state custody awaiting transfer. However, one individual remains at large, actively sought by authorities as a fugitive. All twelve face federal crimes related to assaulting law enforcement and damaging property.

Virginia Reyes, 32, and Isai Carrillo, 31, both from Oxnard, are facing conspiracy charges, carrying a potential five-year prison sentence. They are accused of conspiring to impede or injure federal officers.

Nine additional individuals – Ronald Alexis Coreas, Junior Roldan, Elmore Sylvester Cage, Balto Montion, Jesus Gonzalez Hernandez Jr., Hector Daniel Ramos, Stefano Deong Green, Yachua Mauricio Flores, and Ismael Vega – are charged with obstructing law enforcement during a civil disorder in Los Angeles. This charge also carries a potential five-year sentence.

Acting United States Attorney Bill Essayli delivered a stark warning: “There is zero tolerance for violence against law enforcement officers.” He affirmed a commitment to pursuing and holding accountable anyone who engages in such acts.

Attorney General Pamela Bondi echoed this sentiment, condemning the violence as an attack on the foundations of civilized society. She pledged severe consequences for those who perpetrate such “disgusting conduct,” emphasizing the Department of Justice’s unwavering resolve.

The investigation remains ongoing, with authorities continuing to pursue the fugitive and gather evidence to ensure all those responsible are brought to justice. The incident serves as a potent reminder of the risks faced by law enforcement officers and the consequences of escalating protests into violence.
