HE DEMANDS A NEW LIFE?! Mom's Fury as 'House of Horrors' Monster Makes SHOCKING Plea.

HE DEMANDS A NEW LIFE?! Mom's Fury as 'House of Horrors' Monster Makes SHOCKING Plea.

A chilling request has emerged from a Connecticut woman accused of a decades-long imprisonment. Kimberly Sullivan, 57, is now petitioning a judge to compel her accuser – her former stepson – to reveal his current identity, a name he adopted after a desperate escape from what authorities are calling a “house of horrors.”

For twenty years, beginning when he was just eleven years old in March 1996, the young boy allegedly endured a life confined to a storage closet. Court records detail a harrowing existence where he was locked away for at least twenty-two hours each day, a childhood stolen and replaced with isolation and deprivation.

Sullivan’s legal team argues she has a fundamental constitutional right to confront her accuser, currently identified only as “S” in court documents. Her attorney contends that allowing “S” to remain anonymous effectively shields him from scrutiny while simultaneously hindering Sullivan’s defense against serious felony charges.

The details of his captivity are stark and disturbing. Investigators were told the young man survived on a meager diet of two sandwiches and a single bottle of water daily, with a second bottle rationed solely for washing. This brutal deprivation continued for years, leaving lasting physical and emotional scars.

His escape was born of desperation. In February, he ignited a fire within Sullivan’s Waterbury home, a desperate act to signal for help. Rescuers arriving at the scene found him emaciated, weighing a shocking 68 pounds, a testament to the prolonged abuse he suffered.

The defense’s motion has ignited fury from the victim’s biological mother, Tracy Vallerand. She vehemently opposes the request, demanding the court maintain a protective barrier between Sullivan and her son, referring to Sullivan as a source of profound harm.

Vallerand’s outrage is palpable, expressing disbelief that such a request could even be considered. She draws a parallel to typical domestic violence scenarios, emphasizing the need to protect the vulnerable from their abuser, not facilitate further contact or confrontation.

Years ago, Vallerand relinquished custody of her son to her ex-partner, who has since passed away, and Sullivan. The weight of that decision, coupled with the horrific details of her son’s ordeal, fuels her unwavering determination to safeguard his well-being.

Currently released on a $300,000 bond, Sullivan has entered a plea of not guilty to charges including assault, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, cruelty, and reckless endangerment. The case continues to unfold, promising a difficult and emotionally charged legal battle.
