TINA PETERS SILENCED: Democrats Move to ISOLATE Election Rebel!

A chilling development has unfolded in the case of Tina Peters, the 70-year-old Gold Star mother and former county clerk. She has been moved to solitary confinement within a Colorado prison, a stark escalation in her ongoing legal battle.

The transfer followed Peters’ formal grievance against a prison teacher who allegedly told fellow inmates she would “never leave prison,” and that the state intended to keep her incarcerated indefinitely. Confronting the teacher led to a reported confrontation, with both the teacher and other inmates verbally attacking her.

Following the filing of her grievance, Peters was subjected to a strip search in the medical unit and an unexpected meeting with the prison’s mental health manager. She was then informed of her immediate move to solitary confinement, a punishment framed as an “internal affairs investigation” that could last up to seventeen days.

Despite being allowed to retain her iPad, Peters currently has no access to the internet, effectively cutting her off from communication with approved contacts and her legal team except during rare, facility-wide lockdowns. This isolation intensifies the already challenging circumstances of her imprisonment.

The situation is further complicated by a request from the federal Bureau of Prisons to transfer Peters to federal custody while her state conviction is appealed. This request has ignited strong opposition from Colorado officials, including Attorney General Phil Weiser and Mesa County District Attorney Dan Rubenstein.

In a letter to Governor Jared Polis, Weiser and Rubenstein argued against the transfer, asserting that Peters “harmed her local community” and that her prosecution was authorized by an elected Republican official. They believe allowing the transfer could potentially facilitate her release, referencing statements from federal officials advocating for her freedom.

Adding to the controversy, the Colorado County Clerks Association has issued a forceful statement urging the denial of the transfer, accusing Peters of deliberately violating election security procedures. They allege she disabled security cameras, allowed unauthorized access to restricted areas, and misrepresented routine processes as evidence of wrongdoing, costing taxpayers millions.

However, many of these claims are fiercely disputed. The alleged disabling of security cameras wasn’t illegal at the time, and the “unauthorized individuals” were reportedly present under Peters’ authority as the elected official responsible for the county’s voting equipment. She maintains their presence was necessary to create a forensic image of the election system, a task no county employee felt qualified to perform.

The CCCA’s accusations rely heavily on an unsigned report lacking identified authors or technical expertise. This contrasts sharply with the “Mesa Reports,” produced by credentialed computer scientists, which have not been directly addressed by any named expert. The unfolding events paint a picture of a deeply contested case, shrouded in political tension and raising serious questions about the pursuit of justice.
