NIGERIA IN CRISIS: Trump SHUTS DOWN Borders to Religious Persecutors!

NIGERIA IN CRISIS: Trump SHUTS DOWN Borders to Religious Persecutors!

A sweeping new policy is being implemented, directly addressing a surge of brutal attacks targeting Christians. The action stems from escalating religious violence, not only within Nigeria but with implications felt globally.

The core of the new directive allows for visa denials to individuals deemed responsible for religious freedom violations. This includes those who have directed, supported, or participated in the persecution of Christians, with potential restrictions extending to their immediate families.

The announcement came amidst a horrifying escalation of violence in Nigeria. Just weeks ago, a brazen attack on the Christ Apostolic Church in Eruku resulted in deaths and the abduction of dozens of worshipers.

The ordeal for those taken captive lasted nearly a week before they were finally released, but the terror didn’t end there. Days later, hundreds more were plunged into fear as armed attackers descended upon St. Mary’s School in Niger State.

Over 300 students and staff were seized, a chilling echo of similar tragedies. While some managed to escape, over 250 students and 12 teachers remain held against their will, their fate uncertain.

The escalating crisis prompted a strong response from the highest levels of government, with Nigeria being designated a “country of particular concern.” This designation reflects the severity of the situation and the urgent need for action.

The policy isn’t limited to Nigeria, however. It extends to any government or individual found to be involved in the suppression of religious freedom, signaling a broader commitment to protecting vulnerable communities worldwide.

The move is a direct response to what has been described as a “disgraceful” situation, fueled by radical Islamic terrorists and ethnic militias. It represents a firm stance against religious persecution and a commitment to holding perpetrators accountable.
