LAMBO HIT & RUN: Fugitive Finally Unmasked!

A chilling scene unfolded Monday night along Toronto’s waterfront as a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. The incident, occurring at Queens Quay E. and Harbour St. around 7:15 p.m., immediately sparked a city-wide search for both the vehicle and its driver.

Police identified the suspect vehicle as a striking white Lamborghini Urus. Witnesses reported the luxury SUV ran a red light before the collision, leaving the injured pedestrian behind. The vehicle was later discovered abandoned in a nearby underground parking garage, a silent testament to the driver’s hasty escape.

The search intensified, leading investigators to Samuel Fineus, a 29-year-old man from Quebec. He is now wanted on serious charges including dangerous operation causing bodily harm and failing to remain at the scene of an accident causing bodily harm. The investigation is focused on bringing him to justice.

In a separate case, a 46-year-old Toronto man is facing a barrage of charges stemming from a disturbing pattern of abuse. Allegedly occurring between February and October 6th, the suspect is accused of assaulting, threatening, and forcibly confining a victim in the Eglinton Ave.-Bathurst St. area.

The situation escalated on November 19th, with police responding to another assault near Eglinton and Marlee Aves. This time, a woman was allegedly assaulted, threatened, and forcibly confined by the same suspect, confirming a troubling continuation of the alleged abuse. Both victims are known to the accused.

James Irwin Allan Davey was arrested and now faces over a dozen charges, including uttering threats, criminal harassment, break and enter, and even possession of a weapon. The charges paint a picture of a sustained and escalating series of offenses, leaving investigators to piece together the full extent of the alleged harm.

Authorities continue to seek information regarding both investigations. Anyone with knowledge of either incident is urged to contact Toronto Police or Crime Stoppers anonymously, offering a vital lifeline in the pursuit of justice.
