TRUMP TARGETED! Bomber SUED Admin, Screamed 'Persecution' Before Chaos.

TRUMP TARGETED! Bomber SUED Admin, Screamed 'Persecution' Before Chaos.

The man identified as the suspect in the January 6th pipe bomb investigation, Brian Cole, harbored a complex and potentially revealing history. Beyond the shocking allegations surrounding the bombs planted at the RNC and DNC headquarters, a deeper look reveals a pattern of activism and legal battles.

Federal authorities arrested Cole, a 30-year-old from Woodbridge, Virginia, in connection with the devices discovered the night before the Capitol protest. Surveillance footage previously released by the FBI showed a figure matching Cole’s description placing a pipe bomb near a bench at the DNC headquarters.

But Cole’s story doesn’t begin – or end – with those explosive devices. He operated a bail bonds company that specialized in securing release for individuals facing immigration charges, actively working against detention and deportation.

A man wearing glasses speaks passionately during a press conference outside a brick building, addressing important issues.

Under various company names, including StateWide Bonding, Inc., Cole and his father facilitated the release of immigrants awaiting legal proceedings. This wasn’t simply a business venture; it involved direct legal challenges to the Trump administration’s immigration policies.

In 2020, StateWide Bonding, Inc. filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security, alleging mistreatment of immigrants. The case centered on claims of abuse, but the U.S. Court of Appeals ultimately sided with the administration, dismissing the lawsuit just weeks before the alleged bombing.

The timing is striking: two months after the court’s decision, the pipe bombs appeared. This legal defeat seemingly coincided with a dramatic and dangerous escalation of Cole’s actions.

Adding another layer to the narrative, Cole publicly accused a Tennessee prosecutor of racial bias, alleging targeted harassment of his business. He appeared with prominent civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump, claiming the prosecutor defamed him and discriminated against minority-owned companies.

Cole asserted the prosecutor’s actions were motivated by racial animus, claiming he was subjected to derogatory language. Crump echoed these accusations, framing the situation as a clear case of racial profiling and injustice.

The details paint a portrait of a man deeply involved in contentious political and legal battles, a man who actively fought against certain policies and publicly alleged discrimination. The unfolding investigation promises to reveal the full scope of his motivations and actions.
