HEARTLESS: Doctor Drugged & Forced Abortion on Unsuspecting Woman!

HEARTLESS: Doctor Drugged & Forced Abortion on Unsuspecting Woman!

A chilling betrayal unfolded in Ohio, culminating in the indictment of a surgeon accused of a horrific act against a pregnant woman. Hassan-James Abbas, 32, a surgical resident, now faces multiple felony charges stemming from an alleged attempt to end a pregnancy without consent.

The accusations detail a calculated and disturbing sequence of events. After learning of the woman’s pregnancy in December 2024, Abbas allegedly insisted she have an abortion, despite her clear objections.

Driven by his desire, Abbas is accused of deceitfully obtaining abortion medication – mifepristone and misoprostol – using the identity of his estranged wife, all without her knowledge. This act alone reveals a disturbing level of premeditation and disregard for ethical boundaries.

The alleged assault occurred while the woman slept. She awoke to find Abbas physically restraining her, then forcing a crushed powder of the medication between her lip and gums. The woman initially believed it was a hug, quickly turning into a terrifying ordeal.

She managed to escape and immediately contacted emergency services, but Abbas allegedly seized her phone, attempting to further control the situation. A subsequent hospital visit confirmed the devastating outcome: the medication had ended the pregnancy.

A Lucas County grand jury responded with a six-count indictment, including charges of abduction, tampering with evidence, and unlawful distribution of an abortion-inducing drug. The charges paint a picture of a deliberate and dangerous violation of trust.

The University of Toledo swiftly placed Abbas on administrative leave following the suspension of his medical license in November. The State Medical Board of Ohio deemed his continued practice a “danger of immediate and serious harm to the public.”

The board’s investigation, separate from the university’s internal review, led to a notice of opportunity for hearing and summary suspension. This action effectively prohibits Abbas from practicing medicine or performing surgeries, requiring him to transfer his patients to other physicians.

A full hearing is scheduled for May 2026, where a Hearing Examiner will present findings and recommendations for disciplinary action to the Board. The gravity of the accusations suggests potentially severe consequences for the accused surgeon.

This case raises profound questions about autonomy, trust within relationships, and the ethical responsibilities of medical professionals. The alleged actions represent a shocking breach of both personal and professional boundaries.
